Refund Policy & Manufacturers Warranty

Theradome GB Refund Policy

We operate a thirty day refund policy on all UK orders. You are able to return an unwanted item to us within thirty days of receipt as long as the item is in unused condition with the original packaging. We will issue a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the item, provided it is in a saleable condition and has not been used. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We would recommend posting by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure it is tracked and covered by adequate carriage insurance.

In the event of a buyer needing to return the item due to a fault, the cost of return postage will be refunded in full. Please contact us before returning an item for any reason by clicking here or calling 0333 344 0032
