Theradome GB Refund Policy

We operate a thirty day refund policy on all UK orders. You are able to return an unwanted item to us within thirty days of receipt provided the item is in unused condition with the original packaging. We will issue a full refund minus the (£11 delivery fee) within 7 days of receipt of the item, provided it is in a saleable condition and has not been used. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We would recommend posting by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure it is tracked and covered by adequate carriage insurance. If once we receive the item we find it is broken, customer damaged, broken in transit or parts removed we will reject your refund and send the item back to you. If the item packaging is dirty or been used, we reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee.

Theradome Inc. 1-Year Limited Warranty

The Theradome® LH80 PRO comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Theradome warranty obligations are limited to the following terms and conditions: Theradome Inc. warrants its Light Helmet against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the original retail purchase. If a defect exists, Theradome will either: (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2): exchange the product with a product that is new (or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts) and is functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, of the Theradome® LH80 PRO ; (b) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any non- authorized Theradome Service Provider; (c) products or parts that have been modified without the written permission of Theradome Inc.; or (d) helmets with removed or defaced serial numbers.

Money Back Guarantee

Due to shipping and import costs Theradome inc. do not offer an efficacy or money back guarantee outside of the US. Theradome GB is the UK distributer, not the manufacturer. We do not offer a money back guarantee on the basis that most retail customers self diagnose their hair loss complaint. Hair loss is a complicated issue and we at Theradome GB would recommend seeking the advice of a qualified Trichologist before purchase. If the hair loss cause is not known and laser therapy may not be guaranteed to help.

Theradome GB operates a clinical guarantee when a Theradome laser helmet is purchased directly from a participating clinic following a consultation. The efficacy is monitored by the hair consultant / Trichologist over a 12 month period. Full for partial refunds my be given by that clinic if no improvement is seen in 12 months.
