Place the Theradome replacement foam pads in the inside of the helmet on the blue area to increase comfort, particularly for smaller heads. The pads come with replacement velcro stickers.

Take care to keep your Theradome clean inside, light does not penetrate well through a dirty inner shell. You can use spectacle wipes or isopropyl alcohol wipes for this.
